How do you print on buttons?
After paper and tinplate materials are selected, we will print LOGO. We all know that the tinplate badge is wrapped in paper, that is to say, the printing surface of paper must be larger than the actual product, or it can not be wrapped. Generally speaking, it will be about 1cm large. For example, the diameter of 35mm tin badge, paper diameter to 45mm; For a tinplate bottle opener with a diameter of 58mm, the outer diameter of paper should be 71mm, so the specific size depends on the mould. (More specifications are not open to the public due to trade secrets). After the design is done, it is necessary to print out filing, (the development of printing technology can not use the direct CTP printing) so as to reduce the cost.
